General comments

Indien amoxicilline+clavulaanzuur als 6dd gedoseerd moet worden, kan dit als volgt (afhankelijk van de indicatie):

- totaal 6000 mg amoxicilline en 600 mg clavulaanzuur --> doseren als amoxicilline 1000/100mg 6dd

- totaal 12000 mg amoxicilline en 600 mg clavulaanzuur --> doseren als amoxicilline/clavulaanzuur 1000mg/100mg + amoxicilline 1000mg 6dd
