Lokale behandeling

  • Zure oordruppels met hydrocortison 1% FNA of zure oordruppels met triamcinolonacetonide 0.1% FNA 3 dd 3 druppels gedurende 1-2 wk
  • Bij gezwollen gehoorgang druppels op tampon gebruiken
  • Voor start lokale therapie debris verwijderen
  • Bij uitblijven van effect na primaire behandeling van een eenvoudige otitis externa is een consult KNO-arts geindiceerd

Bij trommelvliesperforatie

  • Aluminiumacetotartraat oordruppels 1.2% FNA 3 dd 3 druppels gedurende 1-2 wk
  • Bij open gehoorgang geen tampon gebruiken
