Candida pyelonefritis/symptomatische renale candidiasis: 
tot 2 weken na opheffen obstructie

Candida pyelonefritis / symptomatische candidurie bij fluconazolresistentie.

Amfotericine B blaasspoeling 50mg/l 1 dd (via NSK 500 ml, bij instillatie 50-110ml)

Minimaal 1 uur maar bij voorkeur langer in de blaas houden.

Duur tot 2 weken na opheffen obstructie.

asymptomatische candidurie: 

catheter verwijderen, geen antifungale therapie.
alleen bij premature neonaten, patiënten met niertransplantatie of ernstige neutropenie behandelen als symptomatische renale candidiasis
