Start behandeling bij gebleken gevoeligheid
Minimaal 2 weken i.v. behandeling. Op geleide van de kweken en klinisch beeld switchen naar orale therapie.
Linezolid max 4 wkn ivm neuropathie/cytopenie, wekelijkse controle bloedbeeld vereist
