Remarks:
  • meestal self-limiting
  • antimycotica lokaal bijvoorbeeld miconazolcrème 2%, 1-2 dd (met 1% hydrocortison bij inflammatie)

Indications: Aerobe balanopostitis

flucloxacilline po 500mg 3dd 7 days
≥ 18 years

Indications: Anaerobe balanopostitis (onwelriekend)

metronidazol po 500mg 2dd 7 days

or

clindamycine topical 2% 2dd
