Renal function-replacement therapy

Hemo dialysis: intermitterende hemodialyse: eerste dosis de standaarddosis, gevolgd door een halve dosis elke 24 uur. Op dialyse dagen een extra halve dosis na de dialyse.
CAV / VVHD: CVVH(DF):1 gram elke 8-12 uur
