Bij (vermoedelijke) allergie voor penicillines en/of cefalosporines:

Overleg met de arts-microbioloog/internist-infectioloog voor een alternatief regime.
Overige opmerkingen:
Op geleide van kweekresultaat zo mogelijk antibiotica aanpassen.
Bij gastro-enteritis zonder koorts of diarree geen antibiotica en microbiologische diagnostiek afwachten.
