Q-koorts is een meldingsplichtige ziekte groep C
Verwijs naar een internist-infectioloog als er risicofactoren zijn:
Q-koorts serologie herhalen na 9 maanden om chronische Q-koorts uit te sluiten.
Bij patiënten met risicofactoren de Q-koorts serologie herhalen na 3,6,9 en 12 maanden.
Bij zwangerschap, alleen in laatste maand van zwangerschap: cotrimoxazol 2 dd 960 mg per os. Overleg met internist-infectioloog/ gynaecoloog. Cave besmettelijkheid tijdens de bevalling.
