Op geleide van kweekresultaat zo mogelijk antibiotica aanpassen.
Dekking Pseudomonas aeruginosa bij kolonisatie/infectie < 1 jaar
Bij (vermoedelijke) allergie voor penicillines en/of cefalosporines:
