Initiële therapieduur 2-6 weken, afhankelijk van reactie. Uiteindelijke duur therapie 9-12 maanden op geleide determinatie en gevoeligheidsbepaling. cotrimoxazol dosering bij gewicht < 50 kg: 1440 mg iv 3dd. |
