Alternatieven voor anidulafungin zijn caspofungin (70 mg oplaad, 50 mg 1 dd iv) of micafungin (100 mg 1 dd iv).

Chirurgische resectie. Peri-operatieve profylaxe: voriconazol 2 dd 200 p.o. van 2 dagen vóór tot 3 dagen na de ingreep. Bij inoperabele patienten arteriele embolisatie en/of intralesionaal conventioneel amfotericine B overwegen

General comments

Bij intolerantie of bijwerkingen van voriconazol: vervangen door isavuconazol iv 200mg 3dd 2 dagen gevolgd door isavuconazol iv 200mg 1dd
