General comments
Flucytosine:
* Na ≥5 dagen echinocandine en bij klinische verbetering, hemodynamisch gestabiliseerde patiënten, negatieve follow-up bloedkweek, aangetoonde gevoeligheid. Dit geldt niet voor C. glabrata, C. krusei, of bij patiënten met Candida endocarditis, intravasculaire candidiasis, niet-verwijderde centrale veneuze lijnen of prothese-geassocieerde candidiasis.
